Hello and MM...
This is my first attempt at meeting minutes so please be patient with me~Amy
Tonights meeting was held at Pied Cow Coffee house on Belmont,(A very cool little establishment might i add)
Roll Call: Amy, Moki, Lacrima, Brenna, Gypsy, and a possible newcomer, Nicole
Tonight we discussed alot about the Possibility of selling Original artwork and/or T-Shirts as a way to raise funds, either on an ebay account or directly on the webpage using pay pal, also possible people to design the shirts.
Gypsy informed us that he has been getting a pretty steady response for the call for volunteers, thanks to those willing to help with pmcp's cause.
Moki will be finding out more on the switching over of hands and knowledge as he takes his place as the chairman.
I believe it was Lacrima that mentioned that Hands of the Mother would like to pool resources for the greater good...(networking is a very good thing)
The major topic of discussion was the upcoming fundraiser...
WHEN: Satuday, June 4th, at aprox. 7:30 pm (though time may change slightly as details are ironed out)till close
WHERE: Its a Beautiful Pizza on Belmont...
WHAT: LIVE MUSIC!!!! provided by Tea Caddie, and various artists, (details to be ironed out) Very awesome musicians. (more details to be posted soon)
We will have a table set up next to the band for donations and will also have a canned food collection box (be on the lookout for flyers soon, as well as more postings on the web for more details)

Glad to get to meet you. I think ideas you broached on this post need to be reinterated. Getting self-funding going pending 501c3 confirmation will keep the strain off the community. Thank you for sharing your strong energy.
